Please note that once you have placed your booking, this will be non-changeable and non-refundable. We charge £18 per further hour. If more time is required to fulfil the job, we will let you know and give you the option to book additional time for i.e. deep cleaning of items.

Messages sent directly to individual staff do not count as formal notice.
